YOUTH AND IRREGULARITY: SCENE(1) Statistics and every other indications have had it that "youth as a very state of life,took up to half,if not one third of the world population". But this is satisfactory,only when the result is gotten based on a given age of ones stage of life merely within the range of 18 to 35 and not the figure of ones adolescent or adult hood. In other words,those within these range or figure who exempt or exclude themselves from partaking in youthful activities as a result of haven gotten married or not up to majority,misconceive and misquote if not everything,some common aspect of ones youthful stage. But that doesn't really count,what matters in any discussion or any look being taking into the very stage of ones life,youth as a matter of facts,is their functions and responsibilities in the society.The youth,"are being considered as the engine heart of the nation",as to say that any task found unable for them,no other age class would be found able. Ones youthful stage is the most exhilarating and virile state of life,which means,such is expected to carry out in full his or her responsibilities properly in order to secure the future knowing very well that as nature requires,he or she will one day grow senile,being unable to function effectively. But this is today being misinterpreted in such a way that youths are been seen as an affordable and vulnerable device good for caring out irregular acts that are considered vicious and heinous in the society. Though we at times,channel our grievances to being unemployment in the society,but since every youth comes out from a home or is being bred by a parent,holding unemployment responsible for such despicable acts,may not really make sense.
